Bernheim Forest and Arboretum

After cleaning up our vacation rental and packing the van, we headed north on US 31W from Bowling Green to Elizabethtown. Along the way, we drove by Kentucky Stonehenge in Munfordville.

From Elizabethtown, we took Interstate 65 north to Bernheim Forest and Arboretum. You can enter the park for a $10 suggested donation.

We parked near the visitor center and then got a map. Apparently their "giants" are all the rage, because it appeared that most people were there to see the "giants." There were people of all ages at the park, including a lot of families with younger children, and lots of strollers.
