Presentation: Atop the rye bread was a layer of sauerkraut followed by corned beef, and then Swiss under the top slice of bread. If there was "special sauce" on it, it wasn't clear where it was.

On this Reuben, the "secret" special sauce certainly remained a secret. I didn't taste any sauce at all! The sauerkraut was very good and well-drained. The corned beef was about average. The rye was toasted nicely.
