This is a rather modern bar/restaurant. From my seat, I could easily see a half-dozen televisions. The TVs average about 15 feet apart. It's a clean environment, and quite busy during lunch--there were no empty tables in the non-smoking area. When I got my sandwich, it was totally soggified--it had sat in the kitchen on the plate too long because the staff was too busy to deliver the sandwich on time. I'm thinking that for the last 10 minutes of my 30 minute wait, the sandwich was just sitting there in the kitchen letting the steam permeate the bottom slice of bread. The beef was pretty good, and so was the sauerkraut. The sauce was very sweet. The bread had started somewhat thick, but the sogginess compressed it. It was grilled lightly, but it just couldn't hold up. The sauerkraut also probably needed to have been drained more. I didn't notice the cheese at all, other than visually. The coleslaw I had on the side had no dressings on it--it was just a cabbage salad that held no interest. Overall, it's a nice environment, and the service is better when they aren't so crowded. The Reuben is about average and nothing worth making a special stop at the Brewhouse Pub and Grill.
