The Reuben came amazingly quick at 8 minutes. The sandwich was on a delicious rye that had a pretty strong caraway flavor. The corned beef was nicely sliced and had an amazing taste with just the right amount of saltiness. The sauerkraut was okay, but I couldn't taste a lot of it over the strong beef and rye flavors. The Thousand Island dressing was put on quite sparingly, and must have been very, very thin because it didn't really ooze out anywhere and the characteristic tangy flavor didn't come through. But overall the sandwich was definitely "A" quality.
The chips on the side were good, and I had ordered a coffee flavored milkshake to go with my meal. The milkshake was delicious!
My wife had a gyro for her lunch, and she said that it was also a good choice. I recommend the Blue Plate Diner for a good Rhode Island Reuben.
