Barrel of Fun Ice Cream

After our time hiking at Bernheim Forest, we were quite hungry, so we continued north on I-65 to Louisville in search of the Barrel of Fun.

We had tried to visit Barrel of Fun once before, but it had been closed. So we were happy that we had investigated their hours before trying to stop there again (they don't open until 2 p.m. on Sunday).

We both ordered cheeseburgers with everything on them, and they were amazingly good considering that we had ordered them from an ice cream stand.

Chris ordered the Orange Sherbet float and Katherine ordered the Unicorn ice cream cone.

We sat at one of their picnic tables in the shade under the shelter next to the building. The desserts were great!

After our lunch, we completed our journey back home.
