This Reuben had a strong flavor of sauerkraut. The corned beef was thick and rather flavorful, although not very tender. The bread had a nice chewy crunch. Overall the sandwich was a strong contender and was nice and tangy. We just happened to end up in Twin Falls on a day when they offered a Reuben for their special. Our waitress said that it used to be on their menu and is not typically available.

Very bold--a distinct Reuben. The corned beef was a little tough, but it may be because it was 'real', not nasty luncheon meat. The bread was a tad crunchy, but yum! The pickle was excellent, and the server offered a choice whether to include lemon with the iced tea. If you're driving through Twin Falls, you should eat here whether the Reuben is available or not!
