This is a very solid contender. The corned beef was very flavorful, and the bread was tasty without even a hint of sogginess. It was good without needing to be sloppy. The thousand island dressing was pleasingly apportioned. Brian and I liked our sandwich so much that we ordered another one so we could each have another half sandwich.

It was actually better than I had expected from institutional fare. I think I'll go for the calzone next time.

Very flavorful! Nicely balanced. Marbled rye is always a nice touch, and it was nicely toasted too. The bread was a bit tough, since it had been sitting out for a while, but not at all soggy. The corned beef is pretty chewy, but the flavor is fine. The cafeteria has a pleasant atmosphere, with the option of outdoor seating, and no smoking: and, of course, it's incredibly convenient for those of us who can actually eat here. I can't speak to service because Skiles actually bought it and brought it up to my cube to split with me: I have no idea how long he stood in line. The location, price, and taste make this an unbeatable combination for Covance employees. I will certainly be getting Aramark reubens in the future when they are available.

Taste and value carried the day for the Aramark Reuben. The taste was excellent. It was far better than I expected from a company cafeteria. So far, this sandwich is surpassed only by the Reggie's Reuben. The sandwich had a very good balance of flavors and ample portions of all ingredients. The value was excellent, as well. Getting that size of sandwich for $2.90 is pretty much unbeatable. In fact, the value was so good that I had to split a second Reuben with Chris. If the Aramark cafeteria serves a Reuben again, I'll certainly eat one. I would recommend that anyone who eats in an Aramark cafeteria to lobby to have the Reuben become a regular fixture on the menu.

Ok, I'm eating at the company cafeteria. People who work at a company large enough to contain a food services department generally only eat at work when the weather is so bad that they fear going out. This is at least my take on corporate fare. However this was not a bad Reuben. Plenty of meat, sauce, kraut & cheese on toasted marbled rye. The sauce was unusually creamy and flavorful. It overpowered the kraut. In this sandwich the kraut existed more for texture rather than flavor. But all in all a good sandwich. The next time we are snowed in I hope the cafeteria is serving Reubens.

The sandwich has a decent flavor. It could have had more "good junk" on it--sauce and kraut! I did specify wheat bread instead of rye and received a Ned Flanders 'Okily Dokily'.
