This sandwich had a wonderful amount of corned beef! The sauerkraut was also crisp and tangy, and the cheese was not overly noticeable. The restaurant was clean and cheerful. I highly recommend stopping at this Max & Erma's if you are in Lexington, or driving past on I-75.
