The corned beef was too tough--but it tasted good. The bread was buttery, thick, and excellent. I didn't notice the Swiss--they probably could have put another slice on it. The lack of thousand island or other dressing made the sandwich very dry. However our server was able to bring us a side of dressing to remedy the situation. It was a satisfactory sandwich, and only worth the price because the side salad that came with it was very good.

The bread was flavorful, but it tore up my mouth--too crusty! The meat had a good taste, but it was very chewy. Mellow Swiss cheese. Very dry, even with the added thousand island. I had a local brew, Black Butte Porter, which was good but... a little mild. Quite adequate. The dining room was subdued and nothing special, but the ladies' room was extremely nice.

The sandwich had excellent bread and sauerkraut. Flavorful meat but had to ask for Thousand Island dressing. It came with choice of salad, soup or fries. Both the soup and salad tasted great.
