Welcoming Fish
Orr, MN to Lake Kabetogama, MN
Jun 25, 2008
From Chisholm, we took MN-73 northbound to rejoin US-53. The big bluegill welcoming us to Orr was all puckered up, so Katherine kissed him.
A bit further on, at the entrance road to Lake Kabetogama, we found the Leapin’ Walleye.
Bravely swatting aside the pestiferous gnats and flying bugs of all sorts, Chris and Katherine took turns swinging up into the saddle and giving the camera their very best fish-wrangling gaze.
The boys looked askance and retreated to the car.
